One of our core values is continuous learning. The old staff are retrained frequently .They train the new staff and the cycle forms a loop as the new staff also become old.
In our hiring process we look out for potential staff who show some penchant for the ideals that drive us. In addition to this and as part of our Corporate Social Responsibility we make it a point of duty to mentor /hire persons with skin conditions who meet our employment criteria where vacancies exist.
TRAINING
