STUDIO RENTALS
We have three studios; two are for photos (one for Adults one for Children) and the third is for video / podcasts. The hiring of the photo studio is open to photographers. All the necessaryequipment needed to shoot will be made available for their use. The Videography studio is targeted at Creators, podcasters,filmmakers,Actors, etc.
PHOTO STUDIO
The minimum use of the Photo studios is 1 hour
Photographers are encouraged to bring their own cameras.
All other equipment and props will be provided by the studio such as GODOX AD600BM, Snoot, C-Stand,Backdrops to mention but a few.
Newborn& Children Photography props are available for hire. Photographers are encouraged to book ahead to ensure a confirmed time slot. Make-up space is available.
VIDEO STUDIO
The minimum use of the Photo studios is 2 hours
The following are available -2 large LED lights, Fresnel lights, Fluorescent LEDlights, microphones for podcast.
Requests for use of Camera or other professional sound equipment, etc. will attract additional cost.
Layover time in excess of booked time slot will attract additional charges
A mandatory caution fee of N10,000 will be paid alongside the booking fee
The caution fee will be refunded immediately after use of studio without incidence of damage. It should be noted that time for set-up is inclusive of the time booked.
A confirmed booking is one in which a minimum of 50% of the booking fee has been received by the company at least 24 hours before the date use
The balance of rental fee can be paid before or on the day of use. Payments can be made by bank transfer or by cash.
Cancellations made in excess of 48 hours (prior to day of booking) – will attract cancellation fee of N2,000
Cancellations made less than 48 hours will attract a forfeiture of the entire booking fee.
